About the role

Sutherland is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Customer Service Consultant at its Hyderabad office. This opportunity is open to candidates with 0–2 years of experience, including freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for Business-to-Business customers via Voice, Email, and Chat. Ensure timely and accurate responses while maintaining defined SLAs. Manage each customer interaction with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving ability. Document calls and customer interactions with precision. Resolve customer concerns and suggest process improvements when needed. Maintain high performance in areas such as productivity, attendance, quality, and first-contact resolution. Required Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English. Strong email communication and customer handling skills. Ability to multitask across communication channels – Voice, Email, and Chat. Basic working knowledge of Windows OS. Understanding of email etiquette and professional tone. Ability to work independently and maintain customer focus. Adaptability to work in fast-paced, rotational shift environments.
