Project Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and varying scope - Drive effective planning, monitoring, and control of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution - Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed - Facilitate effective communication, coordination, and collaboration among team members - Ensure project documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing are maintained Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT/ITES industry - Strong project management skills with exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities - Proficient in using project management tools and techniques - Effective communication and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
