AEM Tech Lead

What You'll Be Doing Leading backend development for AEM projects (6.5+), including upgrades, migrations, and CI/CD workflows Building and optimising components, templates, and workflows across Sling, CRX, OSGi, and JCR Working closely with architects, designers, and cross-functional squads in an Agile environment Driving coding standards, performance, and DevOps practices Taking ownership of complex AEM implementations and integrations What You'll Need 8+ years' software engineering experience, with 5+ years in Adobe AEM Strong Java, JCR, Sling, RESTful APIs, and cloud integration knowledge Experience configuring the full AEM stack — author to dispatcher/CDN Source control tools (Git/Stash), CI/CD, and Adobe Marketing Cloud familiarity Bonus: AngularJS, HTML/CSS, SEO, and responsive design experience
