This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with a B2B SaaS or fintech product background, who can take ideas from discovery to delivery, with a sharp focus on customer value and scalable outcomes.You'll collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and leadership — and play a critical role in shaping the future of climate technology.Note: Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech is required. A background in sustainability or climate-focused tools is a big plus.What You'll Be DoingProduct Ownership & StrategyOwn product vision, roadmap, and delivery for one or more strategic product linesTranslate customer problems into clear, compelling product solutionsDevelop pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies based on market research and ROI analysisLead go-to-market strategy in partnership with sales, marketing, and growth teamsExecution & CollaborationWork cross-functionally with engineering and design to define requirements and ship impactful featuresPrioritize product initiatives based on business impact, user need, and technical feasibilityDrive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile product ritualsBalance strategic thinking with hands-on product executionCustomer Insights & InnovationEngage directly with customers, prospects, and users to validate ideas and gather feedbackStay current on industry trends in sustainability, B2B SaaS, fintech, and climate policyIdentify and capitalize on new market opportunities that align with our sustainability missionLeadership & InfluenceAct as a product evangelist both internally and externallyInfluence stakeholders across the organization with clear communication and data-backed insightsSupport mentoring and coaching for junior PMs (as applicable)Help drive a product-first culture rooted in experimentation and impact
