We're looking at an engagement in climate financial risk & banking-insurance resilience and we're looking for passionate, experienced professionals to join us.

✅ Senior Financial Risk Consultant (7+ yrs)
- Banking, insurance, or financial regulation background
- Expertise in credit risk, collateral valuation, or portfolio risk management
- Fluent in European regulatory landscape (PRA, ECB, NGFS, BIS)
- Strong stakeholder engagement & presentation skills
- Can commit 120-150 days full-time from April-September 2026
✅ Financial Systems Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (10+ yrs)
- Deep knowledge of how climate risks propagate through banking/insurance
- Former banker, insurer, regulator, or financial systems researcher
- Published thought leader on financial risk
- Ability to sense-check complex cross-sector financial analysis
- Can commit 30-40 days as contractor/expert advisor
✅ Research Analyst (3-4 yrs)
- ESG, climate risk, or financial risk consulting background
- Strong research & synthesis skills
- Financial systems literacy
- Experience conducting interviews and extracting insights
- Can commit 80-100 days full-time from May-August 2026
This is not a grunt work exercise. This involves active participation and working with diverse stakeholders. We are looking for someone action oriented and can work across cultures.
