Key Responsibility :

Assist teams from around the globe in delivering Projects from the India office.

· Should have good proficiency energy modelling softwares.

· Shall be reviewing 3D geometry for building simulation in IES VE, Sketchup, Rhino, DesignBuilder etc.

· Review Daylighting, Glare, and Thermal simulations using IES VE, Open Studio, Radiance, and equivalent software.

· Understand client requirements for international code and standards. Develop strategic and implementable building

energy solution with elaborate understanding of HVAC systems.

· Should be able to perform parametric and sensitivity analysis of passive design elements in a building for the concept

design stage.

Essential Skills:

Master’s degree in architecture/integrated design/building performance or equivalent.

· Minimum of 10 Years of working experience in sustainable building design such as energy modelling for Leed Certification,

PRM, Part L, NABERS, Energy auditing, Zero Energy and Zero Carbon building design.

· Experience in interpreting Architectural, HVAC and other Construction-related drawings, HVAC Equipment specifications

etc.

· Very strong knowledge of HVAC systems and modelling its modelling in energy simulation tools.

· Conversant with modelling software like Rhino, Revit, Sketchup, and Radiance.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Willingness to learn new tools and grow both professionally and personally with the team
