Sustainability & Product Consulting Intern
About the Role: We are looking for motivated interns to support sustainability consulting
work and provide structured support to digital sustainability product initiatives. The role
offers hands-on exposure to sustainability projects, documentation, research, and
collaboration with internal teams.
Internship Details
• Duration: Minimum 3-6 months
• Location, Mode: Pune, Onsite
• Conversion: Performance-based opportunity for full-time role
• Stipend: 12,000/Month
Eligible Backgrounds
• Engineering graduates/postgraduates (Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Science, or related fields)
• MBA / Management graduates (Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Science, or related fields)
• MSc graduates (Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Science, or related fields)
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals
Key Responsibilities
• Support sustainability consulting activities such as carbon accounting, sustainability
reporting, and compliance-related work.
• Assist in preparing structured documentation, templates, and working notes.
• Support preparation and refinement of functional requirements for sustainability- related digital tools.
• Conduct research on sustainability standards, regulations, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal consulting and product teams.
Mandatory Skills
• Basic sustainability logic and conceptual understanding.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfort with documents, spreadsheets, and structured templates.
• Willingness to work onsite.
Good to Have
• Academic or practical exposure to sustainability or environmental domains.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or project management tools.
• Prior internship or project experience in consulting or analysis roles.
