SustainoMetric is seeking a sharp sustainability professional ready to move beyond corporate silos and take ownership of high-impact workstreams. This role is designed for individuals who want to build, structure, and own their work rather than executing narrow, predefined tasks. You will operate with high autonomy and direct access to decision-making.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Project Leadership: Lead and deliver defined workstreams end-to-end.
• Framework Development: Convert complex regulatory requirements into usable, actionable frameworks.
• Data Synthesis: Structure messy or complex inputs into decision-ready outputs.
• Strategic Support: Support high-value proposals and strategic campaigns.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve internal documentation and operational processes.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲
Candidates must bring strong, hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Climate Risk: Deep understanding of climate risk within financial institutions.
• Supply Chain: Experience in human rights due diligence and supply chain ethics.
• Private Equity: ESG integration within the Private Equity sector.
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Independent Thinking: Ability to solve problems without heavy bureaucracy or endless approvals.
• Analytical Discipline: Strong focus on data accuracy and structured logic.
• Communication: Exceptional written communication skills for professional reporting.
• Ownership Mindset: A proactive approach to taking responsibility for results.
