Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Backend Developer who is code blooded and is ready to close all the tags they open. Read through the job description fully and get in touch with us if you feel you would be a great fit.

  • Implementing the requirements on time with extreme quality.
  • Understanding the requirements accurately and implementing them without any compromise. Making it work first and eventually making it better.
  • Continually learning the advancements in technology and being updated with the recent trends.
  • Collaborating with the Product Managers, Designers, and QA to ensure on-time deliveries. Interacting with the team and ensuring that the work will bring value to both the customers and the organization.
  • Owning the outcomes and being accountable for the work done. Being ready to iterate and pivot at any point in time.
  • Being part of a positive work environment, open to interacting with peers and managers to improve the quality of work.
  • Learning from the reviews and inputs from the peers and giving whatever you learned back to the team.
  • Ability to produce bug-free code. Unit testing the changes before handing them over to QA.
  • Understanding the nuke and corners of the tech stack from front-end development to infra management.
  • Producing a proof of concept in a period to demonstrate a minimal viable product/feature.

Requirements

  • Proficient in JavaScript, Java, C++ or other programming languages.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in data structures and algorithms.
  • Good knowledge in databases.

Desired Skills/Nice To Have

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of AWS
  • Experience with open-source projects
