Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Surveyor role based in Bijapur. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys to assess project suitability, collecting topographical data, identifying potential challenges, and ensuring compliance with legal and environmental guidelines. Additional responsibilities include utilizing survey equipment for precise measurements, preparing accurate maps and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in land surveys, topographical analysis, and site assessments
- Proficiency using advanced survey equipment and tools, including GPS systems and total stations
- Understanding of legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements related to land acquisition and renewable energy projects
- Ability to create detailed documentation, including maps, reports, and survey data analysis
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills to address project-specific challenges
- Educational background in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field
- Experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically wind and solar projects, is highly desirable
