Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surveyor, located in Bhoranj. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys to collect accurate data, analyzing measurements, preparing reports and drawings, and collaborating with engineers and architects. Additional responsibilities include verifying boundary lines, calculating dimensions and topographical details, and ensuring compliance with local and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Land surveying, site measurement, and topographical mapping skills
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and tools, including GPS and Total Station
- Experience with CAD software and mapping technologies
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings and legal documents
- Understanding of construction standards, codes, and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in land or construction surveying is a plus
