Senior Product Researcher, Research Insights

As a Senior Product Researcher on the Research Insights team, you will be responsible for conducting user research to deeply understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of SurveyMonkey's diverse user base. You will work closely with Product and Design teams to identify and validate opportunities for new features and improvements to our products. You will design and execute high-impact research studies, both qualitative and quantitative, and effectively communicate your findings to drive product decisions. You will also support the scaling of our research practice through mentorship, training, and process improvements.
