Senior Benefits Analyst

The Senior Benefits Analyst will be responsible for administering and communicating SurveyMonkey's global benefits and perks programs and policies, as well as documenting and implementing internal policies and procedures. They will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure compliance and mitigate risk, counsel employees on benefits-related issues, and handle escalated employee concerns. They will also serve as a mentor to the Total Rewards Analyst, a collaborative partner to the regional People Partners, and act as an escalation point of contact for employees on benefit related questions.
