🚀 Hiring: Survey Team Lead – Operations | Drone & Survey Projects
📍 Location: Gurugram

We are looking for a Survey Team Lead – Operations to manage and drive the execution of cutting-edge GIS and drone survey projects. If you have strong field experience, leadership skills, and hands-on expertise in modern survey technologies, this role is for you.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 surveyors, drone pilots, and field staff
- Plan, deploy, and execute survey projects as per timelines and scope
- Oversee drone survey operations including flight planning and data capture
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and project progress
- Ensure proper team deployment, logistics, and resource allocation
- Track and manage field expenses and budgets
- Maintain quality standards and ensure accurate data collection
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth execution
🛰️ Technical Expertise Required
- Hands-on experience with Total Station, DGPS/GNSS, and Drone Operations
- Strong understanding of survey methodologies and field workflows
- Knowledge of drone regulations and safety protocols
👤 Ideal Candidate
- 1 -3 years of experience in survey operations (with leadership exposure)
- Experience in drone-based projects is a must
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously
⭐ Good to Have
- DGCA Drone Certification
- Experience in infrastructure projects (Highways, Railways, etc.)
- Knowledge of GIS/CAD tools
