We are hiring a Survey Scripter (Qualtrics Specialist) for our client, Legal Benchmarking Group, to join their growing research & data team in Chennai.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building surveys, solving complex logic, and working with global stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Build and script surveys on Qualtrics
- Implement logic, routing, quotas, loops, and customisations
- Work with researchers to translate questionnaires into live surveys
- Test, debug, and optimise surveys before launch
- Perform data validation/sanity checks before sharing with analytics teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in survey scripting (Qualtrics preferred)
- Experience with platforms like Alchemer, Forsta, and Decipher is also welcome
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Understanding of survey logic (loops, piping, quotas)
- Basic exposure to data handling/validation (Excel/SPSS)
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to Python / R / SQL
- Experience with dashboards (Power BI / Tableau)
