- Logical Architecture: Review client questionnaires and provide consultative feedback to ensure optimal survey flow, data layout, and respondent experience.
- Complex Data Management: Manage multi-language overlays and complex data exports (SPSS, Excel, CSV) to ensure seamless integration for the Data Processing team.
- Quality Control (QC): Perform rigorous link testing and "Soft Launch" data checks to ensure 100% accuracy in logic, data piping, and device responsiveness.

- Mentorship: Assist in onboarding and providing technical guidance to Trainee/Junior Survey Programmers.
Qualifications:

- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of handling multi-market, large-scale quantitative studies. (Healthcare/Pharmaceutical research experience is a significant plus).
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional logical reasoning and an "unwavering" eye for detail.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written English skills for cross-functional and client-facing collaboration.
Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Salary package aligned with industry standards for experienced professionals.
- Impact: The chance to work on challenging, high-stakes projects that provide actionable insights for global brands.
- Purpose: The opportunity to make a real-world impact by helping shape products and services that improve lives.
