Job details:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Petroleum, or any Engineering discipline.
8–10 years of experience in methane/VOC emissions monitoring, LDAR programs, FEM quantification, or environmental compliance in the oil & gas sector.
Proven hands‑on expertise with Method 21, OGI (FLIR/Opgal), QOGI, and drone‑based methane detection systems, OGMP 2.0 Levels 1–5 requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and manage complex emissions‑monitoring projects.
Regional mobility is required, with periodic travel across operational areas; site presence may be needed offshore and onshore on a case‑by‑case basis to initiate or supervise LDAR/FEM/OGMP 2.0 field activities.
The LDAR/Fugitive Emission Team Lead is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and quality assurance of fugitive emission monitoring, detection, and mitigation programs. The role ensures regulatory compliance, accuracy of leak detection surveys (LDAR), proper reporting, and continuous improvement of emission‑reduction initiatives
