As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, positive, and detail-oriented Logistics Operator/Coordinator to join our team located in Azusa. </div><div>Job Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Monitor and coordinate truck movements and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary contact for truck drivers, providing support and resolving any operational issues.</li>
<li>Communicate frequently with customers, providing updates and handling any inquiries or issues that may arise.</li>
<li>Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy in logistics operations and service delivery.</li>
<li>Manage and track freight, ensuring that all documentation and shipments are accurate and compliant with company standards.</li>
<li>Frequently communicate via email with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipments, schedules, and updates.</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Data Analysis or a related field from an accredited four-year college, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn quickly is essential.</li>
<li>Prior experience or understanding of logistics, customer service, or supply chain is a plus but not required.</li>
<li>Fluency in <strong>Mandarin</strong> (required) and proficiency in <strong>English</strong> (written and spoken).</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle numerical data accurately.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a <strong>fast-paced</strong> and <strong>high-pressure</strong> environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, particularly via email and phone.</li>
