About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Surety Bond Coordinator to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to high-value surety bond transactions. The selected candidate will coordinate with clients, insurance partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and seamless execution of surety bond issuance.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure smooth coordination.
* Obtain and evaluate quotations from leading insurance companies for surety bonds.
* Follow up with insurers to ensure timely bond issuance.
* Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic and high-value accounts.
* Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure process compliance.
* Coordinate internally to ensure efficient execution and closure of transactions.
* Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting strict timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
* Education: B.Com, BBA, or MBA (Finance)
* Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with an excellent academic record are encouraged to apply)
* Academic Requirement: Minimum 80% marks in both 10th and 12th Standard

* Professional attitude and business etiquette.
* Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
* Working knowledge of insurance or financial products will be an added advantage.
