The Role

We’re hiring a sharp, consultative Sales Representative to help power the growth of our PR + Communications and Brand + Creative agencies.


This is not a classic sales gig—this is a high-impact role blending strategic collaboration with direct selling. You’ll partner with agency leaders, qualify and close leads, shape smart proposals, and open new doors in healthcare and life sciences. You’ll also play a key role in building smarter sales infrastructure—driving not just deal volume, but conversion rates and deal value across the pipeline.


We operate with a modern, data-driven sales process—supported by HubSpot and AI automation—but our clients require more than speed. They require insight, partnership, and someone who can help them connect the dots. That’s where you come in. The right candidate will thrive in a model that’s both structured and strategic, knowing when to follow process and when to lean in as a consultative guide.


This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and sales execution.


What You’ll Do


Be a Strategic Growth Partner

  • Work directly with agency leadership to understand positioning, service mix, and growth priorities
  • Lead the creation of custom proposals and pitch strategies that resonate with healthcare and life sciences buyers
  • Help craft scopes, timelines, and pricing


Drive Growth (Inbound + Outbound)

  • Qualify inbound leads and run point from intro to close
  • Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, events, and relationship building
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and content strategies that drive lead generation


Leverage HubSpot Like a Pro

  • Use HubSpot to manage your pipeline, track activity, and forecast accurately
  • Follow and improve process workflows that support efficiency and insight at every stage of the sales funnel
  • Tap into platform-wide data to inform targeting, segmentation, and win/loss analysis


Navigate with Healthcare Expertise

  • Understand the nuances of the healthcare and life sciences space—regulatory complexity, long buying cycles, high-trust relationships
  • Sell like a partner, not a vendor—help clients see how we solve real problems, not just offer services
  • Feed market feedback back into the system to help evolve positioning and offerings


What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally within a marketing, branding, PR, or communications agency
  • Deep familiarity with healthcare and life sciences buyers—across pharma, biotech, digital health, and healthcare services
  • Strong command of HubSpot CRM: managing pipeline, creating reports, working inside sequences/workflows, and driving insights from data
  • A disciplined, data-driven sales approach with comfort working against monthly/quarterly targets
  • The ability to move between strategic storytelling and practical execution
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset—because that’s how we win here

  • Direct revenue contribution through closed/won deals you lead
  • Pipeline conversion and influence, with your support driving more deals across the line
  • Deal value lift, as your partnership helps shape smarter, higher-value scopes
  • Sales process discipline, using data to improve velocity, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Collaboration, measured by feedback from agency partners and growth leadership


This role isn’t just about being the closer—it’s about being the reason more deals close, faster and smarter.


Compensation

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 / year (plus uncapped commissions)
