- Job Purpose
- To take responsibility for m easuring excavation area and submit surface plan, geological plan, water danger plan to DGMS with respect to the Mines Project.
- To provide support on borehole, drafting maps and survey related work in Mines Project.
- To make the new project (Surbena Khajri and Damchuan Bauxite Mines Block) operational before due date.

- Regular survey of the CL areas to ensure exploration work is as per Scheme of Propecting.
- Overseeing implementations of SOPs in all aspects of operation under jurisdiction
- Cost
- Implementing budgets and a chieving cost saving without compromising delivery by driving continuous process improvement across area of operation
- Certifying work accurately to optimise cos
- Cash
- Improving profitability by optimum deployment of contractors
- Customer
- Collaborating with operations team and contractors to make mines free of top soil, over burden and laterite and ready for e xcavation of bauxite as per mining plan
- Minimizing response time in providing information and solutions to all internal and external customers
- Sustainability
- Implementing all statutory compliance within timelines by submitting the following to the IBM & DMG on a quarterly basis:
- surface plan
- geological plan
- Exploration plan updation
- Implementing compliance of Integrated Management system and Energy Management System
- Overseeing good Housekeeping practices in area under jurisdiction
- Partnering in green initiatives
- Safety
- Implementing Safety standards to achieve zero harm through i mplementation of safety standards such as HIRA, 5S
- Monitoring implementation of safety related training
- People development and engagement
- Monitoring intake and deployment of physically fit and appropriately trained contractual workforce and ensuring their continuous training and wellbeing as per company guidelines.
- Monitoring implementation of contract management.
