Role Overview
The Support & Customer Success Executive will be responsible for managing partner relationships, onboarding new telematics service providers (TSPs), providing technical and product support, and supporting revenue growth in the Thailand market. The role requires a mix of customer success, support, and SaaS solution pitching.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Success
- Onboard and train new Telematics Service Providers (TSPs) and partners in Thailand.
- Ensure smooth product implementation and successful adoption of the platform.
- Guide partners on best practices to maximize platform usage.
Customer Support
- Provide support to partners and clients regarding platform usage and technical queries.
- Troubleshoot telematics platform issues and coordinate with internal technical teams when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with Telematics Service Providers, GPS companies, and fleet businesses in Thailand.
- Act as a key point of contact between partners and internal teams.
- Represent Uffizio in the Thailand market and maintain a positive brand presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Customer Success, or Technical Support roles.
- Experience in Telematics / GPS Tracking / IoT / Fleet Management industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English (mandatory).
- Excellent relationship management and partner handling skills.
- Ability to understand SaaS products and explain technical solutions to clients.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients or markets.
- Understanding of fleet management systems or telematics platforms.
- Exposure to SaaS onboarding or partner success roles.
