We’re Hiring | Operations Associate – Cross-Border Payments
Fairexpay is growing, and we’re looking for an Support Operations Associate to join our Bengaluru team!📍 Location: Bengaluru | On-site💼
Experience: 6 months – 1 year (Freshers are welcome)
CTC: ₹3 LPA
What you’ll do:
• Handle end-to-end cross-border payment transactions
• Verify KYC, invoices & transaction documents
• Coordinate with banks, clients & partners
• Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA & LRS guidelines
• Maintain transaction records and operational MIS
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment
• Candidates with experience/background in cross-border payments, forex, remittances or fintech operations will be preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field preferred.
