Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to manage support operations effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the support team.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries.
- Monitor support metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications
