Job Description:
Skilldzire is hiring a Support Incharge to manage the support team and ensure quick and effective resolution of student and university queries. This role is key to maintaining user satisfaction and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the support team (support executives)
- Ensure all queries are responded to and resolved on time
- Track response time and resolution time for all tickets
- Create and maintain standard response templates and FAQs
- Handle escalations and critical issues from students or institutions
- Identify repeated issues and report to internal teams
- Improve support processes to reduce future issues
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years experience in customer support / operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple queries
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
