Your Responsibilities

Sourcing & Advertising: Proactively find candidates through networking, social media, and databases, while managing job postings on various platforms.
Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and perform interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive, transparent experience throughout the hiring process.
Offer Management: Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the closing process.
Data Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and track hiring metrics like time-to-fill.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelors/master's degree with 5 - 8 years of experience in recruitment for the technology business.
Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
Experience in mid-senior level hiring. Have strong candidate interviewing skills.
Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence
