Mindtel, a prominent player in the telecommunications and IT support industry, is seeking a dedicated Support Executive to join their team at their India-based on-site facility. As a key member of the support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and support for our clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, or in-person inquiries.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or service-related problems efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues ensuring minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
