Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, and guiding them in using our products effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
- Guide customers on product features, usage, and best practices.
- Record, track, and follow up on customer issues until they are resolved.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing professional and courteous support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
