Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Support Executive. The Support Executive will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, assist in clerical work, ensure professional phone and email communication, and provide executive support. They will coordinate with various departments, maintain documentation, and address client or team inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Experience with Clerical Skills, including documentation, filing, and data organization
- Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
