Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Support Executive to manage the onboarding and deployment of VIZO361° solutions at client locations. The candidate will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth installation, configuration, and operational support of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
-Handle end-to-end onboarding of VIZO361° solutions at client locations.
-Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and technical stakeholders during deployments.
-Provide onsite installation, setup, and configuration support for VIZO361° systems.
-Troubleshoot and resolve basic networking, CCTV, and connectivity issues.
-Ensure proper system setup, testing, and operational readiness.
-Maintain clear communication with clients and provide updates on installation and issue resolution.
-Document deployment activities and report updates to internal teams.
Required Skills
-Basic knowledge of networking (IP configuration, routers, switches, LAN/WAN).
-Familiarity with CCTV systems and camera integrations.
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
-Excellent client communication and coordination skills.
-Ability to handle multiple stakeholders during deployments.
Preferred Qualifications
-Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Networking, or related field.
-Prior experience in technical support, field support, or system deployment is a plus.
