Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Support Engineer. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of our trading platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage technical troubleshooting, communicate effectively with client teams, and assist in maintaining documentation for processes and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of trading systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), and real-time risk management tools
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting, system monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment
- Experience with cloud-native architecture is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Knowledge of capital markets and financial systems is a plus
