About the RoleWe are looking for a Support Engineer with strong expertise in backend systems and infrastructure troubleshooting. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of production systems.
If you enjoy solving complex issues, analyzing systems deeply, and working closely with engineering teams — this role is for you.
⚙️
Key Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 support for backend applications and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
- Analyze logs and debug issues using Python-based services
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and investigation
- Monitor infrastructure resources (CPU, memory, disk, network)
- Collaborate with DevOps, backend, and infra teams for incident resolution
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
- Maintain incident reports & knowledge base documentation
- Support deployments and production releases
- Proactively identify risks and suggest system improvements

Required Skills- Strong understanding of backend systems & production support
- Experience with Python debugging and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with SQL & database analysis
- Knowledge of system monitoring & infrastructure metrics
- Experience analyzing logs, alerts, and performance data
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployments
- Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA / ServiceNow
