Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced EMS App Support (L1) professional with hands-on experience in supporting Micro focus EMS tools. The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, basic infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to handle day-to-day support activities efficiently. The role also requires managing a small L1 support team and ensuring smooth EMS operations.
EMS App Support (L1)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the support of Microfocus EMS tools / NNMI.
* Candidates should have expertise in at least 1 tool from the suite of EMS.
* Candidate should be able to manage a small team of L1 support.
1. OBM MOM DR Failover
2. Servers Patching and rebooting
3. Certificate upgrade
4. Administrator Password Change activity
5. SAMX DR Failover
6. Make Sure decommissioned servers wont reflect in UCMDB
7. Check the UCMDB services
