Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled IDAM Support Engineer (L3) to lead advanced support, troubleshooting, and architecture activities for Identity and Access Management environments. The candidate will be responsible for critical issue resolution, platform optimization, security compliance, governance, and strategic IAM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for IDAM platforms.
- Design, implement, and support SSO and MFA integrations.
- Manage IAM architecture, security policies, and access governance.
- Oversee Production, DR, and UAT support activities.
- Coordinate major incidents, patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
- Mentor L1 and L2 support teams.
- Work with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams on IAM initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in IAM/IDAM architecture and operations.
- Advanced knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, Identity Governance, and access management.
- Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, governance, and compliance standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
