We’re #Hiring – Support Engineer
NERVE Solutions is looking for a Support Engineer to join our growing fintech team in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for the RMS platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
• Collaborate with Engineering & QA teams
• Track and document support tickets
• Assist users with training and guidance
• Ensure timely and effective issue resolution
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field
• Experience in software/product support
• Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Selenium, etc.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Location: Mumbai
Shift Timing: 3 PM – 12 AM
