Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Engineer based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining system and software functionality. The role also emphasizes strong customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for identifying and resolving system issues
- Strong skills in Customer Support and delivering outstanding Customer Service experiences
- In-depth knowledge of Operating Systems and their functionalities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and challenges
- Relevant experience in the fashion industry or retail sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
