Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Coordinator based in Mumbai. The Support Coordinator will handle day-to-day case management, offer technical support to resolve client issues, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role also involves liaising with various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining record-keeping for all client-related interactions.
Key Responsibilities
π Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
π Maintain regular follow-ups with clients/candidates.
π Update and manage records in the CRM system.
π Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication.
π Share timely updates and resolve basic queries.
π Maintain call reports and follow-up trackers.
π Build and maintain positive relationships with Customers .
Requirements:
π Good communication and interpersonal skills.
π Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
π Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
π Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently.
π Customer support experience preferred.
