Fairfax Solution — India's leading SAP Business One PE Partner — is looking for a dedicated SAP B1 Support Consultant who thrives on solving problems, delighting clients, and keeping ERP systems running at their best.
Job Location: Kolkata / Noida
About the Role:
As a Support Consultant, you will be the first line of expertise for our clients using SAP Business One. You'll diagnose and resolve functional issues, guide users, and coordinate with the implementation team to ensure seamless ERP operations across industries like manufacturing, trading, logistics, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day support tickets for SAP Business One across Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Production modules
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported issues within defined SLAs
• Conduct root cause analysis and document resolutions in the support ticketing system
• Train and guide end users on SAP B1 features and best practices
• Coordinate with the functional and technical teams for issue escalation and resolution
• Assist in patch updates, version upgrades, and system health checks
• Prepare support reports, knowledge base articles, and user guides
What We're Looking For:
• 4 years of experience in SAP Business One support or implementation
• Strong working knowledge of core SAP B1 modules: Finance, Inventory, Sales & AR, Purchase & AP
• Experience handling client queries independently with strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with SAP B1 queries, Crystal Reports, and basic customization
• Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
• SAP Business One certification is a plus
