Job Description
As the Manager of Support Commercial Sales Flooring, you will lead the commercial sales function and drive business development within your assigned area. Your role involves crafting and executing strategic sales plans to enhance growth in the commercial flooring sector. You will conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends and uncover new business opportunities. Leveraging your extensive product knowledge, you will effectively promote our flooring solutions to commercial clients. Building and nurturing relationships with channel partners will be crucial to expanding our market reach. You will ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their needs and concerns. Utilizing Salesforce, you will track sales activities and generate insightful reports for management. Your negotiation skills will be pivotal in securing profitable contracts and deals with clients and partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
