As the Manager of Support Commercial Sales Flooring, you will lead the commercial sales function and drive business development within your assigned area. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen to develop and implement effective sales strategies that enhance our market presence in the commercial flooring sector. You will conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends and identify new business opportunities. Leveraging your extensive product knowledge, you will effectively communicate the value of our flooring solutions to commercial clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners is crucial to expanding our market reach and increasing sales. You will ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their needs and concerns, fostering long-term client relationships. Utilizing Salesforce, you will track sales activities, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to management. Your role will also involve negotiating contracts and deals to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. As a leader, you will build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation.
