The Assistant Manager for Support Coke Oven Operation WML plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and quality control of the coke oven processes. This position is responsible for setting and maintaining high-quality standards within the organization, focusing on all quality control aspects related to project implementation. The role demands a strong emphasis on process management, safety, and compliance, ensuring that all operations adhere to relevant regulations and standards. The Assistant Manager will oversee the planning, organizing, and controlling of production processes, applying commercial acumen to understand the financial and business implications. This role requires effective project management skills to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a global mindset, entrepreneurship, and people excellence, fostering innovation and strategic decision-making.
