Responsibilities Of Coater Operator
- Responsible for preparing Chemical, Primer and Paint for the process, operating the 3-roll & 2-roll system system, and ensuring proper coating application.
- Responsible for monitoring process parameters, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining product quality.
- Ensure compliance with the SOP, oversee operations, and address any deviations or issues.
- Roll Cleaning and Roll Changing as per production plan.
- Record all production data.
