Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Client Manager. The Support Client Manager will be responsible for managing client interactions, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to meet project timelines, providing updates to clients, and resolving issues effectively. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring their requirements are met with the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming leads and client interactions

• Building relationships with potential and existing customers

• Initiating outbound calls and managing client database

• Preparing rough & final estimates and coordinating with designers

• Supporting project documentation and payment collections

• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets

Skills Required:

✔ Good communication skills

✔ Strong analytical ability

✔ Client relationship management

📍 Experience: 1–5 Years

🎓 Education: MBA in Marketing & Sales / MBA in Finance
