Support Associate
Duties
Maintaining Turn Around Time:
· Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects within the agreed TAT
Email Management:
· Monitor and respond to internal and external emails promptly.
· Organize and categorize emails for efficient follow-up.
Task Management:
· Prioritize and complete assigned tasks within agreed SLAs.
· Track task progress and provide status updates to supervisors.
· Need to ensure 100% accuracy on completed tasks
· Ensure tasks are performed as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Efficiency Tracking:
· Maintain and update efficiency trackers to monitor performance metrics.
· Ensure to achieve minimum 100% efficiency on productivity
Process Improvement:
· Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for process enhancements.
· Collaborate with team members to implement changes.
· Continuously seek ways to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Essential Skills
Communication Skills:
· Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills in English
· Should be able to communicate with our UK teams via email or calls
Technical Skills:
· Good to have knowledge in MS office (MS word, MS excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms (e.g. outlook) and basic typing knowledge.
Attention to Detail:
· Strong attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation.
Flexibility:
· Can work in different team or learn different work-type or different shifts as per the requirement of the process/business
· Be open to feedback and willing to adjust processes for improvement.
· Willingness to learn new skills
Team player:
· Can work in a team as a team player
Desirable Skills
A knowledge of conveyancing or the property industry is desirable but full training will be given
Qualification
Must be a graduate or awaiting final semester results.
