Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Support Associate based in Madurai. The Support Associate will assist customers by providing exceptional technical support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. The role involves maintaining effective communication with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding standards. The Associate will work collaboratively with the team to enhance service delivery and contribute to the organization’s success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as PHP (Laravel) OR Node JS
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of database management and querying with SQL or other database systems
- Proficiency in Technical Support and a basic understanding of troubleshooting processes
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Experience or knowledge in Safeguarding practices and ensuring customer care best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality customer support
- Prior experience in support-related roles is required
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
