Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support and Operations professional, based in NehruNagar Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include providing technical and customer support, performing troubleshooting to resolve issues, and applying analytical skills to optimize processes. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency and addressing client inquiries promptly to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Experience of Voice over IP (Asterisk and other SIP servers), billing platform, CRM, Contact Center Solution and WebRTC technology
- Development experience in scripting language (python, shell, PHP)
- The role requires adherence to US working hours, which correspond to night hours in India.
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address system or product issues effectively
- Experience in Customer Support and Communication to handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required
- Proficiency in time management and problem-solving
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
