Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for applications and infrastructure related to Sales & Research services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Assist users with queries and troubleshoot application-related problems.
- Maintain and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency.
- Work within Linux and Windows server environments to ensure stability and performance.
- Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and upgrades.
- Document support procedures and solutions for future reference.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related area
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Application Support;
- Proven ability in application support using RDBMS and Linux.
- In-depth understanding of linux commands and database.
- Strong analytical and quantitative, interpersonal, problem-solving, client serving, multi-tasking skills
- Able to work independently, attention to details, result-driven, self-motivated, self-starter, proactive mindset, enthusiastic and should be a good team player.
- Excellent command of / fluent in both spoken and written English.
