JOB DESCRIPTION
In the role of Supply Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing, onboarding, and training of contractor interior vendors as per the supply plan and ensuring strict adherence. You will take up Vendor Negotiations and contribute to owning Product Margins.
Key Responsibilities :
- Tracking of vendors' project POs, invoices, GST filing, and payments.
- Conducting monthly town halls with vendors.
- Active involvement in special projects/Key initiatives, Primary ownership of contract vendor's rating, bandwidth, rewards, and churning, along with day-to-day vendor escalation management.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders (QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams) to track/resolve the above parameters/issues.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate / Post Graduate from a Tier 2/ Tier 3 institute.
- 4+ years of experience in vendor management or operations.
- Problem-solving capabilities • Good communication skills – Verbal & Written.
- Moderate skill in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good aptitude.
- Extremely high level of ownership.
- Proactive and capable of prioritising work
