We’re looking for someone who can create ideas people remember for years. You’ll own copy, content, campaigns, brand narratives, and original content IPs that make students stop scrolling, start talking, and remember Amber when it matters.
Role Overview
As a QA Apprentice, you'll join a fast-evolving Quality Assurance function that's moving beyond manual spreadsheet audits into AI-assisted, dashboard-driven quality operations. You'll audit property listings, pricing, availability, and support tickets, while also getting hands-on exposure to how modern QA teams use AI tools and automated dashboards to catch errors faster and at scale .This role suits someone who's genuinely detail-obsessed, comfortable with structured judgment calls, and curious about how AI is reshaping quality operations, not just someone who's good with formulas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily/weekly audits of property data-pricing, availability, offers, amenities, images, and video content for accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and update audit trackers in Excel/Google Sheets, including error logs and QC score cards.
- Review outputs from AI-assisted audit tools and flag discrepancies back to the QA team (no prior AI experience needed full training provided)
- Conduct basic Freshdesk/email/ticket QA audits under supervision
- Identify recurring error patterns and flag root causes, not just individual instances
- Collaborate with Data Entry, Supply, and Regional teams to resolve flagged issues
- Contribute to and help refine SOPs and audit documentation
- Support preparation of QA performance reports and dashboard summaries
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
- Recently graduated or final-year student (BCA, BCom, BBA, or related field)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/nested formulas, conditional formatting, sorting/filtering
- Sharp attention to detail & ability to spot inconsistencies across large datasets (you may be asked to complete a short sample audit exercise as part of the hiring process)
- Clear, structured written communication, able to document findings so others can act without back-and-forth
- Ability to make sound judgment calls on ambiguous cases (e.g., "is this a minor or major error?") and explain reasoning
Good to have (not mandatory, but a strong plus):
- Comfort using or willingness to learn AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of daily workflow
- Basic exposure to dashboards or data visualization (Google Data Studio, Looker, Chart.js, or similar)
- Pivot tables and basic data analysis
- Familiarity with Freshdesk, CRMs, or ticketing systems (bonus)
- Any exposure to automation tools (Google Apps Script, API Fundamentals, Zapier, Make) even from personal projects Mindset
- Curious and willing to learn quickly, including new AI-assisted tools
- Comfortable working independently across multiple audit queues
- Ownership-driven, treats flagged errors as something to solve, not just report
