Department: Supply / Business Development

The Supply Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing property partners to expand the company’s supply network. This role plays a key part in driving business growth by ensuring the availability of high-quality properties across target locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new homestays, villas, and resort partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
• Expand supply in key destinations as per business goals
• Negotiate commercials, agreements, and onboarding terms
• Ensure quality standards and availability of listed properties
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams
• Monitor property performance and resolve partner concerns
• Conduct market visits and travel to acquire new supply

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or onboarding roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and manage relationships
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Basic understanding of the hospitality industry is preferred
• Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
