Department: Supply / Business Development
The Supply Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing property partners to expand the company’s supply network. This role plays a key part in driving business growth by ensuring the availability of high-quality properties across target locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new homestays, villas, and resort partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
- Expand supply in key destinations as per business goals
- Negotiate commercials, agreements, and onboarding terms
- Ensure quality standards and availability of listed properties
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams
- Monitor property performance and resolve partner concerns
- Conduct market visits and travel to acquire new supply
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or onboarding roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Basic understanding of the hospitality industry is preferred
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
